Therapies to meet your needs – how to choose!

If you’ve been exploring the internet you will probably have seen a whole raft of alternative & complementary therapies. You may know what some – or all of them – do; or you may be completely bewildered.

At White Wave, very simply: –

To relax and balance your muscles we use holistic deep tissue massage, hot stone massage and Indian head massage

To relax and balance your mind we work using a range of gentle, nurturing and invigorating energy techniques including healing, meditation, visualisations, crystal therapy, chakra balancing, breathing and relaxation.

Each session can be any one of, or a combination of, these therapies. All touch and non touch therapies  – it depends on what you prefer, or want to try – are designed to provide relaxation and balance.
