“I have had a few healing sessions with Jennie. First she made sure I was physically fit to have the treatment. I felt reassured that she assessed my health first before each session. She also emphasised on current aches and pains that she might need to work on more specifically.
After a few minutes lying down with my eyes closed, I started to feel heat rising from my body. I did not know what Jennie was doing or where she was in the room, but I got this sense that my body was getting hotter and hotter in a very soothing way. I then experienced what felt like my whole body lifting from the couch and no longer touching it. I was in such a relaxed and de-stressed state.I could now feel a flow of energy going through my body, from the tip of my toes to the top of my head, and more particularly where Jennie had placed some crystals on my body. Amazing!After some time, I came back to the room. Jennie worked on readjusting my chakras and visualised my energy flow, which again is quite a surreal experience.
