Please note the following charges will be applied, should you need to cancel: –

  • Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours notice – 50% of the fee
  • Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice – 100% of the fee
  • If you fail to attend your appointment – 100% of the fee will be invoiced
