Since July 2020, White Wave has been fully open and offering all massage and healing options.
Despite the fact we rolled out a massive vaccine programme here in the UK, with more to come this September and onwards – and even if you’ve had all jabs & boosters, it still does not guarantee 100% immunity. Therefore, out of respect for our clients and using best practice, White Wave will continue working in a Covid Secure environment.
If you wish to wear a mask, or Jennie to wear a mask, that is not a problem.

What happens at each session?
In preparation, the massage environment is made Covid Secure by thorough cleaning and operating a straightforward process of as little external touch as possible throughout. This is to ensure your and Jennie’s safety.
If you are a first-time client there will be a full consultation document and consent form for you to complete and return.
If you are an existing client there will be a short update consultation – to see how you have been since the last session.
All consultation and consent forms to be emailed back at least 24 hours before the appointment. They will be printed off for ready for you to sign and date.
On the day of your appointment:-
Before you leave home, please check your temperature, and consider if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms. If yes, please postpone or cancel your appointment…
Covid-19 symptoms
- a dry aggressive cough or breathing problems
- temperature above 37.8 C or feeling feverish
- loss of taste or smell
- copious sneezing, if you’ve already had Covid
When you arrive, you will be required to take off your shoes and walk into the practice room without touching anything.
Come wearing easy to remove clothes if coming for a massage. Please avoid wearing jewellery etc to make the process simpler.
If coming for any energy work, you remain fully clothed throughout. Just be comfortable.
The massage/healing table will have been thoroughly cleansed. Linens are automatically fresh for each client.
When the session is over please leave any linens on the table. You may also wish to use the bathroom and wash your hands before you put your shoes back on.
Payment ideally should be made prior to the appointment via Direct Transfer, as we no longer use cash.
