Indian Head Massage – not currently available

Indian Head is a traditional family massage that has been updated to suit the western world. It concentrates on the upper back & shoulders, arms & hands, neck, head and face.

It is received whilst sitting on a stool or chair and does not involve the removal of any clothing or use of oils.

Lasting up to 40 minutes this massage is intensely relaxing. It can help release tension headaches; cramped shoulder, back & neck muscles from sitting at desks or in cars; and RSI and eye strain caused by computer use.

A particularly pleasant outcome from receiving Indian Head massage is silky shiny hair, as it stimulates the sebaceous glands of the scalp.
